What you achieve

• You manage a portfolio of private mortgage customers
• You advise and support customers on financing matters
• You analyse and structure financing requests, make independent credit decisions, and prepare offers
• You prepare the credit formalities and clarify issues with involved parties
• You continuously document and process contacts with customers and third parties
• You actively support the further development of the Baloise Bank Credit Advisory Centre

What you bring

As part of the reorganisation of our Credit Advisory Centre, we are in the midst of a transformation phase.

• You have completed a commercial basic education (or equivalent training) at a bank or insurance company and have several years of experience in the credit business of a Swiss bank or insurance company; ideally, you already have additional training
• French language skills help you in our bilingual environment
• You have a sociable and empathetic manner
• You enjoy interacting with your customers
• You bring a sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, and quality orientation
• You think in networks, are curious, see connections, and build bridges
• An existing SAQ certification (Individual Customer Advisor profile) facilitates your entry
