DB Cargo Schweiz GmbH, based in Glattbrugg, is part of this network and thus contributes to the further qualitative and quantitative growth of the network.

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with the customer promises made in operational railway operations
• Proactively monitoring trains and intervening in a customer-, safety-, and operations-oriented manner in case of deviations
• Responsible for ensuring availability and execution of traffic around the clock
• Central hub for exchanging information and data between various stakeholders (customers, partner railways, etc.)
• Compliance with working time regulations and laws for the deployed operational personnel
• Ensuring quality in the execution of transports within the European network, taking into account the applicable regulations
• You have railway operational professional experience and want to further develop yourself in the field of dispatching
• Additionally, you find various problems in daily railway operations an exciting challenge
• Furthermore, you work reliably, networked, and have an eye for the big picture without losing sight of the details
• Besides German, you have good language skills in English (mandatory) and Italian (desirable)
