We are looking for you

Fiber optics is more than just a cable for you? You understand FTTx/FTTH networks, think in solutions, and want to actively shape what the communication infrastructure of tomorrow looks like? Then we are looking for exactly you.

Your tasks

» Product planning & development: You design new fiber optic products, compile coherent product portfolios, and continuously optimize existing solutions. This also includes the ongoing maintenance and updating of master data in the ERP system.

» Making knowledge visible: Together with marketing and sales, you create product and training materials that convey complex technology in an understandable and sales-effective way.

» Innovation in the team: You develop new product solutions together with suppliers and partners while keeping market requirements and technical standards in mind.

» Interface with impact: In close cooperation with sales, production, marketing, and purchasing, you contribute technical and strategic know-how.

» Managing numbers & quality: You evaluate and maintain suppliers, participate in pricing and product calculations, and ensure an economically coherent portfolio.

» Making products tangible: You maintain and update our showroom and ensure that our solutions also convince physically.

Your personality

» Experience in product management, project management, or a comparable role

» Very good technical understanding of fiber optic networks (FTTx / FTTH)

» A structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working

» Strong communication skills, team spirit, and initiative. You enjoy working with different stakeholders

» Very good German skills, English skills are a plus

» Enthusiasm for technological developments and the ambition to develop innovative and practical product solutions

» Practical experience in planning or installing FTTH networks according to current standards is an advantage
