It is currently looking for an Industrial Production Manager responsible for leading the production department and ensuring its performance. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic directions, in a friendly environment focused on continuous improvement.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You take overall responsibility for the production department, including machining, assembly, methods, maintenance and workshop planning
• You implement and monitor performance indicators to ensure compliance with deadlines and expected quality standards
• You work closely with the technical department and project managers to ensure the coherence and excellence of delivered products
• You define the production strategy, propose necessary investments and lead continuous improvement initiatives within the teams
• You ensure the rigorous application of safety rules and environmental standards across the entire production site
• You actively participate in management committee decisions and maintain a trusting relationship with strategic suppliers

You offer your new employer

• You have a technical or engineering education, complemented by proven experience in a similar role within a production environment
• You are comfortable with basic financial concepts, a valuable asset for optimising production costs and investments
• You have a perfect command of French and English; knowledge of German is an additional appreciated asset
• You are familiar with machining techniques, manufacturing processes and production management tools
• You are a natural leader, with excellent organisational skills, strong analytical abilities and a real ease in uniting your teams daily
