MSP in Community Psychiatry - Administration & Sales Workshop
We are recruiting a socio-professional master between 80% - 100% to supervise beneficiaries in various administrative and commercial activities within the administration and sales workshop:
- 💻 Administration
- 🍽️ Management of the workshop cafeteria
- 🧦 Management of a second-hand social shop
Within this workshop, the aim is to promote and strengthen administrative and commercial activities, stimulate customer contact and thus encourage the personal development of beneficiaries.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the 5 Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, it plays a leading role in medical care, medical research and training.
The Rehabilitation Workshops are part of the CHUV Community Psychiatry Service and are aimed at people whose mental disorders may have significant psychosocial repercussions. Their mission is to promote rehabilitation by supporting the recovery process, defined as a personal path towards a more balanced life and well-being.
The Workshops offer craft, productive, artistic and socialising activities in a safe environment promoting stability, creativity, social connection and self-determination. Support is based on the Individual Project, jointly developed with each beneficiary and regularly reassessed.
Mission
Within this workshop, your specific tasks will be as follows:
💻 Administration:
- You ensure the computerised management of meal orders for beneficiaries
- You guarantee the entry, monitoring and control of data in digital tools
- You organise administrative flows and ensure the reliability of transmitted information
- You support beneficiaries in learning administrative tasks.
🍽️ Cafeteria:
- You manage a cafeteria space with a beverage service and the organisation of snacks during breaks throughout the day
- You guarantee the management of sales and cash registers, stock monitoring, orders from suppliers and proper product supply
- You supervise beneficiaries in service and sales activities.
🧦 Social shop "À La Mère Cery":
- You supervise a second-hand social shop open two afternoons a week, in collaboration with beneficiaries. This space offers second-hand clothes and accessories at low prices
- You organise activities: sorting clothes, ironing, stock management and display of items
- You support beneficiaries in sales advice activities and cash management.
🔊 Reception:
- You lead the project to create a reception area within the institution
- You develop this new reception workshop with beneficiaries and ensure the welcome of visitors and partners as well as their orientation within the Workshops.
Profile
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial or sales employee (or equivalent training)
- You ideally have training as a socio-professional master or equivalent training
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience as an MSP
- You share the values of recovery
- You have experience and/or skills in supervising people
- You have an interest in psychiatry and medico-social issues
- You have an interest in interdisciplinary teamwork
- You have very good organisational skills
- You hold a driving licence.
