- Advising and supporting guests at the turnstiles from Täsch to Zermatt and up to the Gornergrat
- Ensuring first-class customer service
- Customer control and customer information at the shuttle train stations Täsch and Zermatt as well as at the stations of the Gornergrat Bahn
- Assisting with sled rental in winter
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a retail specialist in public transport or have a comparable qualification in the commercial or service sector (e.g., sales or tourism)
- Your passion for daily customer contact is unmistakable, and you radiate a high willingness to serve
- You have very good German and English skills - any additional language is a welcome bonus
- You convince our customers with a friendly and well-groomed appearance
- Residence in the Mattertal is an advantage
