To complete our team in the Patient Management service of the Regional Hospital of Locarno La Carità, we are looking for

Profile:
The person we are looking for will be integrated into the Patient Management service team and will handle activities such as reception and administrative management at two workstations: the main reception and the emergency reception. Both involve working closely with clinical staff and direct interaction with patients. The receptions are open every day (including weekends and holidays) from 07:00 to 21:00, which requires commitment and flexibility from the team in covering the service.
To ensure quality service, the person must be organized, cheerful, and able to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for patients and colleagues.
Given the dynamic nature of the hospital environment, it is essential that the person is flexible, creative, and skilled at handling unpredictable situations as well as stressful moments.
Necessary requirements:
- Federal certificate of capacity (AFC) as a commercial employee or equivalent qualification;
- flexibility for substitutions within 24 hours;
- good general computer knowledge (Microsoft Office);
- excellent spoken/written knowledge of the Italian language and good oral knowledge of German, French, and English;
- professional experience gained in the healthcare sector;
- previous competence in reception roles, particularly in front-office.
