Head of Spare Parts Warehouse 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a Head of Spare Parts Warehouse (m/f/d) who leads a small, dedicated team of 4 employees (3 clerks, 1 warehouse worker) and ensures smooth operations. You ensure high procurement flexibility and adherence to deadlines for order requests and support the team in strategic decisions as well as in controlling. Your tasks also include monitoring goods returns. If necessary, you assist with day-to-day operations, for example with:

• Creating orders in the ERP system

• Placing orders with suppliers via supplier portals for spare parts orders

• Monitoring supplier order receipts

• Creating provision orders and checking daily deliveries

What do I need to be successful?

You bring good technical basic knowledge – a mechanical training is an advantage, ideally as an agricultural or construction machinery mechanic. Your high social competence makes you the ideal leader. You are resourceful, proactive and resilient. You speak good German and French, and English manuals as well as spare parts catalogues (with translation assistance) are no problem for you. Good IT skills are a matter of course – ideally you have already gained experience with the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics NAVISION.
