For our business area 'Weighing & Instrument Components' (MTWIC), which is leading the industrialization and production of laboratory scales and other high-resolution gravimetric instruments, terminals, MFR force sensors, and circuit boards for the entire MT group, we are looking for a motivated and implementation-strong person as a Lean Mechanic (100%) at our location in Nänikon-Greifensee. In this role, you will be responsible for the following activities: You will be responsible for the realization of mechanical solutions within the framework of Lean optimizations as well as for the execution of optimization work. You will gather the requirements from customer areas (production/logistics, IE). You will actively seek solutions and select suitable materials while considering the existing standards for constructions and material assortments. You will develop and design concepts in coordination with customers, clients, Lean managers, and involved employees. You will coordinate the workshop occupancy and material requirements with the workshop manager to avoid bottlenecks and conflicts with other areas. You will participate in defined coordination rounds and prepare accordingly. You will contribute ideas for optimizing the workshop or the process of mechanical implementation, develop standards, and assist in their implementation. You will participate in KVP rounds and implement KVP tasks.
