As a Solution Engineer Architecture and Construction (m/f/d), you are the bridge between sales and implementation, ensuring that requirements become functional solutions and opportunities turn into successful projects.

Where you excel

• You support our sales team in developing suitable solutions for our customers and communicating them clearly
• You analyse requirements in the BIM and cloud environment and translate them into concrete, practical approaches
• Ideally, you bring your own practical experience to describe solutions not only theoretically but also realistically classify and make them tangible
• You conduct workshops, demos and discussions with customers and manage to convey content clearly and convincingly as well as make the added value visible
• You work closely with colleagues from sales and implementation, connecting different perspectives and ensuring good coordination among all parties involved
• You identify potential with our customers and develop new ideas and approaches from it
• Your aim is not only to make solutions sound good but to ensure they also work in practice

What sets you apart

• You are confident in the field of BIM, digitalisation or construction processes and ideally have already gained some practical experience in this context
• Topics such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Forma or comparable solutions are not unfamiliar to you 
• You have a good technical understanding and the ability to convey complex content clearly and in a structured manner
• Your sensitivity for people and situations helps you communicate with both customers and colleagues on an equal footing
• More important to us than a perfect CV is your willingness to take responsibility, develop yourself and bravely engage with new topics
• You work independently, think solution-oriented and strive not only to understand things but to actively shape them
