Department:DSJSEntity:Adult and Youth Protection Service (SPAJ)Activities:You will join the team of project managers in the personnel and strategic projects sector (PPS), within which you will lead and implement projects related to the various missions of SPAJ, mainly within the framework of developing the future public policy for children and youth (PEJ). Under the supervision of the head of the youth, childhood and parenting unit (UJEP) and the head of the child protection office (OPE), you will ensure the operational and cross-functional coordination of all work related to this strategic mandate. In this capacity, you will structure and draft key deliverables such as the preliminary draft, constitutional anchoring, political report, initial bill, as well as summaries and briefing notes intended for decision-making bodies, integrating the results of consultations. You will analyse political and field issues to ensure the relevance of the proposed measures. Furthermore, you will play a central liaison role between the various project bodies and with external partners. While coordinating exchanges with the mandate holder responsible for consultations, you will organise, prepare, facilitate, and rigorously follow up on working groups and sessions necessary for the success of the project.Desired profile:Holder of a higher education degree in political science, law, social work, or an equivalent field, you have at least five years of proven experience in managing legislative, institutional, or strategic projects. Specific experience in the field of childhood and youth is a major asset. You master legal and political drafting, possess excellent analytical and synthesis skills, and communicate comfortably with a variety of interlocutors. Familiar with cantonal systems, you are capable of coordinating complex partnerships. Meticulous and autonomous, you know how to prioritise tasks within a defined timeframe.
