Your Field of Activity

You implement the digital sales strategy operationally – in close cooperation with the Head of Sales & Digital Customer Experience
You take overall responsibility for the functionality, quality, availability, and performance of the webshop
You ensure a stable system landscape including interfaces and business continuity management
You manage and optimise the webshop based on data (KPIs, analyses, optimisation measures)
You further develop the webshop along the customer journey:
- Identification and implementation of automation & efficiency potentials
- Maintenance and prioritisation of the product backlog
- Definition of user stories and acceptance of releases
- Ensuring usability, accessibility, and business value
You coordinate external system partners and work closely with specialists within the marketing and sales departments and other internal areas
You contribute to projects and interdisciplinary teams in the fields of mobility, Gornergrat Bahn, and investments

Your Profile

You have a higher education or further training in business, business informatics, or a comparable field
You have experience in the development and operation of digital platforms and sales systems
You possess very good technical understanding of software architectures, interfaces, and system landscapes
You are customer-oriented and translate user needs into viable (end-to-end) solutions in a structured manner
You think analytically, prioritise confidently, and keep an overview in a dynamic environment
You are communicative, team-oriented, and gladly take on responsibility
Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
