The Philately Liechtenstein division complements the range of services with its internationally renowned stamps and collector products.

Your area of responsibility

• Processing customer orders and preparing customs documents for import and export clearance (import and export) Switzerland/Germany/Austria using E-Dec/NCTS, Atlas and eCustoms
• Technical and organisational management of the customs office
• Active marketing of services in direct customer contact
• Responsibility for the recharging of import taxes and customs duties
• Creating and analysing statistics and evaluations
• General administrative tasks and correspondence

Your profile

• Customs declarant with federal diploma and many years of experience in customs matters
• Proven success in acquisition and customer support in the customs clearance segment
• Further training in leadership/employee management as well as several years of leadership experience
• Business administration training is an advantage
• Very good analytical and business management skills
• Strong leadership, sales and communication skills
• Very good German skills, good English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
