For our Agricultural Pedagogy team, we are looking for you as of 1 August or by arrangement as

Employee in Agricultural Pedagogy (80 – 100%)

With your keen sensitivity, you accompany people with disabilities in their daily work in the Agriculture & Horticulture department. You perceive their needs holistically and independently, flexibly, and creatively coordinate the activities accordingly. With your commitment, you make a significant contribution to ensuring that the people we support can participate in meaningful activities and take part in life in all its facets. Currently, around 34 specialists, 32 people at sheltered workplaces, and 30 day care attendees work in the Agriculture & Horticulture department.
