For French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced management personality for the position of Head of Delivery OnSite Services.

In this role, you assume overall responsibility for the operational services and OnSite projects department. You lead the teams of Service Managers, project managers as well as the OnSite Support teams. The position reports directly to the Chief Service & Delivery Officer.

This role requires a strong understanding of business challenges and contributes significantly to customer satisfaction, the development of acquisition activities, and sustainable growth in French-speaking Switzerland.

• Overall responsibility for the Delivery department and OnSite projects for French-speaking Switzerland
• Management, coaching and development of Service Managers, project managers and OnSite/Deskside teams
• Ensuring service quality, compliance with SLAs and stability of operational processes
• Management of customer relations, governance, escalations and operational coordination
• Active support for acquisition activities through service expertise
• Participation in the preparation of offers (feasibility, workload, risks, costs)
• Close collaboration with sales and solutions teams during tender processes
• Participation in client presentations and decision-making processes
• Contribution to regional operational and commercial planning
• Ensuring compliance with standards, regulations and guidelines
• Proven management experience within service and/or project organisations
• Solid experience in the OnSite and Workplace services environment (Deskside, on-site technical services)
• Very good understanding of Service Delivery models, SLAs, KPIs and governance
• Excellent knowledge of the market and clients in the Swiss ICT environment, ideally in French-speaking Switzerland
• Experience collaborating with sales teams and solution units
• Ability to link Delivery and Business aspects (feasibility, costs, quality)
• Strong customer and solution orientation, ease in communication with clients and management
• Very good knowledge of French and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of German appreciated
• Work location: Bussigny / Satigny
