Job Description

• Ensuring the operational management of the company with a focus on efficient processes and clear structures.
• Further development of the organisation as well as strengthening the market position.
• Direct reporting to the Board of Directors.
• Management of the subordinate areas of project management, administration as well as quality assurance and occupational safety.
• Representation of the company’s interests towards customers, partners and other stakeholders.

We expect

• Completed basic training in the field of building envelopes.
• Further training with higher professional examination or equivalent qualification.
• Business management training at HFP level or comparable.
• Several years of leadership experience at management level or in a comparable function.
• Solid industry knowledge as well as pronounced professional and methodological competence.
• Communicative German skills, spoken and written.
• French mandatory orally, written required.
• Structured working method, decisiveness and entrepreneurial thinking.
• High social competence, independence as well as confident appearance.
