- Holding a psychiatry/psychotherapy specialist title (FMH or MEBEKO recognized).

About the job
What you can make happen
- You enable patients to find a way out of the crisis and to access a better quality of life and self-determination
- You support the chief physician in the conceptual development of the Biel psychiatry service, especially the Biel outpatient service
- You contribute your ideas and specialized knowledge and develop with us the general examinations, treatments, and special consultations
- You are part of the backup service in the on-call system and, if you wish, can take on additional percentages in the outpatient sector
- You have a specialist title in psychiatry/psychotherapy (FMH or recognized by MEBEKO) and enjoy collaboration with somatics, for example in the fields of obesity, oncology, or gynecology
- Ideally, you already have management experience and possess strong social skills
- You are a flexible, independent, collegial, and enthusiastic person and enjoy working in an intercultural environment
- You have good knowledge of French and German (at least level B2) and want to experience bilingualism
