What you can achieve
- Planning and organization (including pre/post-processing) of outpatient consultations
- Support for the medical team in all administrative and organizational matters
- Receiving and forwarding calls as well as providing information in German, English, and French
- Checking the performance recording
- Electronic data entry and maintenance (SAP)
- Active participation and support in smaller projects, e.g. organizing events, creating flyers
What you bring
- Completed commercial training, medical secretary, MPA, or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in a similar role in healthcare
- Strong service orientation, precise and structured working style, and very good organizational skills
- Excellent German skills, good spoken English skills (additional languages, such as French, are an advantage)
- High degree of personal responsibility, reliability, and flexibility
