This is what I do
- Processing customer inquiries from domestic and international clients
- Correspondence with customers and internal departments in various languages
- Close collaboration with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Production Planning, Engineering)
- Creating offers in the CRM system SAP, order processing in the ERP system SAP
- Appointment clarifications/monitoring
- Maintaining and updating customer and order master data
- Handling complaints, support in customer service
- Notification of export deliveries
- General administrative tasks and sales support
- Preparation and dispatch of various documents such as: supplier declarations, self-declarations, conformity declarations, REACH, RoHS, NDA, etc.
What is needed
- Commercial training or equivalent further education
- Several years of experience in internal sales or customer service, ideally in a technical environment
- Very good German skills (spoken and written), good English skills, French is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- High customer and service orientation, initiative, and communication skills
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
