Period: each spring semester (February to July)
We are looking for a lecturer to teach the legal methodology module (M06) as part of the Bachelor of Law, corresponding to a workload of 18%.
This module aims to develop an understanding of the method in law: legal reasoning, structuring of argumentation, analysis of case law, and interpretation of texts. Particular attention is paid to methods of interpretation, analysis of rulings (notably from the Federal Court), as well as contemporary issues such as the use of generative AI in legal practice.
