Our client Philip Morris is looking for in Neuchatel a Pre press Specialist.
These are the tasks that await you:
- Attend order briefing sessions with customers, troubleshooting prepress problems, addressing management or customer concerns
- Contact customers to align execution of the pre-press work according to expectations
- Perform elementary tasks for the good reception of artworks, incoming check for files integrity and clarification
- Organize artworks and color references according to standards procedures
- Audit electronic files (artworks) received in all levels of complexity via graphic software, ensure minimum technical requirements for further pre-press activities
- Submit prepress jobs for approval as defined in standard procedures
- Analyze and act on key performance indicators
- Support prototyping activities including color development, test and final prints
Qualifications:
Must have:
* Graduation in graphic Arts or similar education
* Advanced knowledge of graphic software in the Adobe/Esko platforms
* Fluent English (French is a plus)
Nice to have:
* Work experience in printshop with flexo, offset, gravure
* Experience/knowledge in Packaging development
* Experience with pre-press programs and processes
* Experience with CAO software
* PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
