What is my role?

• Setting up, converting and commissioning production equipment and packaging lines

• Ensuring a smooth production process

• Monitoring and optimising production processes in terms of quality, performance and efficiency

• Troubleshooting and performing minor maintenance work

• Complying with GMP, hygiene and safety regulations

• Supporting continuous improvement processes

• Close collaboration with production, quality assurance and engineering

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical vocational training, ideally as a polymechanic, production mechanic or plant operator

• Professional experience as a setter in an industrial production environment, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style

• Teamwork, flexibility and a strong quality orientation

• Willingness to work shifts
