Specialist Gynaecologist & Obstetrician (20-80%)

The practice is led by a young, dynamic managing director and currently consists of three other medical colleagues. It is modernly organised, clearly structured, and undergoing active development. A constant influx of patients allows for the direct takeover of an existing patient base, enabling a predictable start. IT structures and practice workflows are currently being modernised, including the expansion of digital infrastructure and AI-supported systems from 2026.
You will be supported by an experienced MPA team with a broad range of competencies. Pregnancy ultrasound is not mandatory – internal development is possible.

Your responsibilities:

• Independent consultation hours including taking over existing patients
• Diagnosis, prevention, and treatment across the entire gynaecological spectrum
• Participation in specialised clinics according to interest (e.g. endometriosis, dysplasia, senology, pelvic floor, endocrinology)
• Structured collaboration within a well-coordinated medical team
• Active involvement in practice optimisation and modernisation

Your qualifications:

• Specialist title in Gynaecology and Obstetrics
• At least three years of professional experience in a recognised training institution in Switzerland is mandatory
• Pregnancy ultrasound: not mandatory; can be developed internally
• Reliable, structured, and patient-oriented working style
