- Completed studies in the field of healthcare, nursing, medical technology, or related disciplines
- Knowledge in the analysis and evaluation of processes
- Experience in project management for the methodological support of the core medical business
- Interconnected, conceptual, organizational thinking and acting
- Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with employees of all hierarchical levels in a hospital as well as with patients
- Confident handling of common office software (e.g., MS Office 365)
