You are committed together with the core medical business to implementing the quality activities mandated by the authorities. In doing so, you analyze interdisciplinary processes and plan the necessary steps as a team to optimize patient safety and the patient experience. Your interconnected thinking and your knowledge of project and process management support you in the approach and handling of the diverse topics. You are interested in communication with patients as well as employees of different hierarchical levels. Independent work and high resilience in the challenging healthcare sector characterize you.

• Completed studies in the field of healthcare, nursing, medical technology, or related disciplines
• Knowledge in the analysis and evaluation of processes
• Experience in project management for the methodological support of the core medical business
• Interconnected, conceptual, organizational thinking and acting
• Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with employees of all hierarchical levels in a hospital as well as with patients
• Confident handling of common office software (e.g., MS Office 365)

• Extremely diverse range of tasks in collaboration with various professional groups in a hospital
• Contact with patients and other stakeholders when handling inquiries & feedback
• Further development of your project management skills through participation and/or leadership of improvement projects
• Balanced ratio of routine, statistical analysis, and project work
