Product Engineer (m/f/d)

Your task

• You take responsibility for different product portfolios in production and accompany them throughout the entire product lifecycle
• You plan and execute industrialization projects, work closely with engineering, process development, and production, and coordinate all relevant interfaces
• You analyze technical deviations and quality issues, assess their impact, and take appropriate measures for sustainable improvement
• You assist in handling customer complaints and support the technical clarification and solution finding in direct exchange with the involved departments
• You translate customer requirements, technical drawings, and data sheets into concrete manufacturing processes such as production and testing plans
• You identify potential for optimizing production costs, lead times, or product quality and implement corresponding measures

Your profile

• You work in a structured and analytical manner, quickly recognize connections, and do not lose track even in complex situations
• You have experience in project management and are used to working interdisciplinary with production, engineering, quality, and sales
• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form, as well as good English skills – ideally also spoken
• You communicate clearly, document carefully, and can present technical content appropriately to the audience
• Ideally, you already have experience in the field of printed circuit board technology or in assembly and connection technology
• You convince with initiative, technical understanding, a high quality awareness, and the ability to adapt flexibly in a dynamic environment
