Office & Project Assistance
We are a leading engineering office in the Northwestern Switzerland region and have realised over 8,000 exciting projects in more than 30 years for our clients from the pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, food, beverage, mechanical engineering, energy & environment, as well as transport & logistics sectors. We specialise in the automation of production plants and offer related solutions for industrial IT and data management.

As part of our team, you will support our employees in various areas and ensure that our internal processes run smoothly with your proactive thinking and flexibility.
Your area of responsibility
General administrative support in daily business
Assistance in optimising and implementing internal processes
Support for our HR as well as marketing & communications departments
Support in creating content for social media, especially photo and video recordings and their preparation
Support for our customer projects in document filing, document management, document review, and document formatting
Organisation, coordination, and administrative support of various tasks and concerns
Support wherever help is needed – flexible, solution-oriented, and with team spirit
Your profile
Ideally, you have a commercial education or experience in a similar role
Very good knowledge of common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Experience in maintaining websites via content management systems (CMS) is an advantage
You work reliably, in a structured and independent manner
You are flexible, open to new things, and think proactively
You are not afraid to pitch in in a straightforward manner
Service and team spirit are your priorities
You have an excellent command of German – both spoken and written
A neat and friendly appearance rounds off your profile
