To strengthen our team in the supermarket area, we are looking for a motivated and committed baker, 100%, at the Biel location, starting 02.02.2026, fixed-term until 31.05.2026.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the production of breads, pizzas, and sandwiches.
- You conduct sales talks and advise our demanding customers competently and friendly.
- You regularly check the sales stands for completeness and cleanliness.
- You successfully implement product and local concepts.
- You create an attractive market atmosphere according to the concept (season, etc.).
- You organize the sales areas sensibly and appealingly.
- You set seasonal priorities and present the products accordingly.
- You consistently comply with the prescribed hygiene regulations.
Your profile
- You ideally have completed basic training as a baker EFZ.
- You already have professional experience as a baker or in gastronomy.
- You are a reliable, customer-oriented, and committed person who works with great joy and enthusiasm.
- You have the ability to adapt to a high customer frequency and remain calm and composed in hectic situations.
- You convince with a team-oriented personality and a neat appearance.
- You place great value on a careful and clean working style.
- You speak fluent German and ideally have knowledge of another national language.
