Inclusion Coordinator at 50%
The City of Morges has created the Morges Childhood Network which has been operational since January 1, 2026. As part of its creation, the Childhood Service is advertising the position of:
Inclusion Coordinator at 50%
Main tasks:
• develop and implement a transversal inclusion concept for all childcare structures of the Morges Childhood Network and school cafeterias
• support the implementation of this system in all structures
• assist, through observations and situation analyses, the educational teams and family caregivers in welcoming children with special needs
• represent the network vis-à-vis schools and relevant partners
• carry out administrative procedures
We are looking for:
• ES diploma in childhood education or diploma recognized as equivalent by the SCAJE
• additional training in the field of disability and team management, an asset
• knowledge of the Vaud system regarding day care and public institutions, an asset
• 3-5 years of experience in day care or in a specialized institution
• autonomy, open-mindedness, observation, analysis and listening skills
• ability to question one’s knowledge, professional skills and personal aptitudes as well as to develop them
