TasksIn this role, you are an important part of our dedicated teams in the Würth Shops in Zuchwil and Aarwangen. We are looking for a responsible individual with a strong service mindset:

• Advise and convince our customers through competent conversations to meet their needs and generate sales
• Ensure smooth operations by entering orders into the system and managing goods and inventory
• Support the team by performing administrative office tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Würth Shop
• Implement sales-promoting measures while keeping guidelines in view to increase the shop’s turnover and success
• Be part of our commitment to customer loyalty and satisfaction by participating in customer events and supporting inventories; additionally, attend meetings to contribute to the further development of the respective shop

Requirements

• A completed apprenticeship as a retail specialist EFZ in the hardware sector or similar
• A neat appearance and a friendly personality are part of your professionalism in customer contact
• Your pronounced sales mentality and willingness to always go the extra mile make you a motivated and successful sales professional
• SAP knowledge is an advantage and enables you to handle business processes efficiently
