We are looking for a Certified Nursing Specialist HF 50 - 100% to start immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks
- Taking over daily responsibility and the care process
- Leading electronic nursing documentation including RAI assessments
- Advising and instructing clients and relatives
- Preparing and conducting doctor visits
- Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration
- Co-responsibility for supporting learners
- Assisting in the development, implementation, and evaluation of standards and concepts
- Night watch (by arrangement)
- Implementing professional and individual care and support
- Completed nursing training HF (DNI, AKP)
- Experience in long-term care, knowledge and experience with RAI, as well as medical-technical activities
- Independent and committed working style with a high sense of responsibility
- Networked thinking and good organizational skills
