In this responsible position, you will take charge of the service and maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of machines and equipment. You coordinate maintenance and repair tasks, optimise processes, and ensure that faults are resolved quickly and sustainably. You combine technical understanding with organisational skill and always keep an eye on both quality and availability. - Overall responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the technical infrastructure including the machinery at the site
- Planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance, upkeep, and repair tasks, including collaboration with external service providers
- Creating, maintaining, and further developing technical plant, operational, and maintenance documentation
- Continuous optimisation and further development of maintenance processes with a focus on efficiency and equipment availability
- Active involvement and promotion of automation and modernisation projects
- Willingness for scheduled assignments outside regular working hours as part of on-call or standby duty
- Operational support in day-to-day business as well as close cooperation with the team
- Participation in sub-projects during the commissioning and integration of new machines and equipment
- Completed basic training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, or automation technician with several years of professional experience
- Solid practical experience in the maintenance and upkeep of production and industrial plants
- Good knowledge in control technology as well as in fully automated production processes
- Team-oriented, communicative personality with a strong customer and service orientation
- Independent, responsible, and structured way of working
- Flexibility and willingness for short-notice assignments if required
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written

Responsibilities
