Harris' first acquisition in Switzerland!
We are pleased to belong as a new and first Swiss member of the Harris family!.
Harris acquires software companies, manages them well and securely, and develops them for the future. Through acquisitions, Harris has grown from its roots in utilities, local government, education, and healthcare to over 240 companies worldwide in more than 20 industries.WigaSoft AG will continue to honour previous commitments and maintain services under Harris' leadership. The proven WigaSoft team will be available to you in almost unchanged composition and at the same location. The existing long-term and successful relationships with our customers will continue to flourish with the support and backing of Harris.
WigaSoft AG, as a business unit of Harris Computer GmbH, will now be led by the former product manager and long-standing executive board member Matthias Seelhofer. Florian Wild, the previous majority shareholder and managing director, will leave the company and retire, but will remain available in an advisory capacity during a transition period.
We look forward to the future, in which the skills, commitment, market knowledge, services, and products of WigaSoft AG will be combined with the ownership values and the long-term stability of Harris management.
