The Civil Engineering and Safety Department with over 50 employees is responsible for maintaining the value of the road and pipeline infrastructure of around 100 km of municipal roads and the emergency services.
To complement the team, we are looking for a
Project Manager Civil Engineering 80% - 100%
These tasks await you:
- Independent handling of projects in the areas of roads, wastewater, and wastewater treatment plants
- Independent assumption of site management for versatile infrastructure projects
- Coordination and organization of planning, construction, and maintenance of the road and wastewater infrastructure of the municipality of Küsnacht
- Overall planning and management of complete renewals with other network operators (utilities on Lake Zurich, Erdgas Zurich, Swisscom, etc.), cantonal specialist offices, and neighboring municipalities as well as quality assurance of digital data models
- Continuous development of processes in digitization according to the BIM method in infrastructure construction
- Acting as the central contact person for our demanding customers
- Responsibility for meeting deadlines, quality, and cost targets
You bring the following:
- Degree as a civil engineer FH/ETH
- Several years of professional experience with solid expertise in project management and site management, ideally in civil and road construction
- Enjoyment in shaping public spaces
- Solid MS Office user skills
- Very good written and spoken expression in German
- Solid IT user skills
- Valid driving license category B
