Polyclinic, emergencies, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, the Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The establishment has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward, with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. Surrounded by vineyards, with an incredible view of the mountains and the lake, the Morges Hospital welcomes you in a warm and dynamic environment.

We are looking for a:

Community Health and Care Assistant - ASSC Medicine (M/F) at 80-100%

To strengthen our Medicine service, as soon as possible or as agreed.

YOU POSSESS

• A CFC as a Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC).
• A first experience gained in an acute care service, an asset.
• Good organizational skills (anticipate, plan, coordinate).
• A sense of listening and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good emotional mastery, proactivity, and flexibility.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the care of the patient entrusted to you, taking into account their needs, care objectives, and medical orders, within your area of competence and under nursing delegation.
• Support the physical, social, and psychological well-being of the entrusted patient and help them organize daily activities.
• Be responsible for the management of the patient's immediate environment in terms of hygiene and safety.
• Optimize care through a personalized, global, multidisciplinary, and interprofessional approach.
