Your tasks:
As an administrative employee, you are responsible in our back office for the smooth daily operation of the teaching as well as various background tasks. Your working day includes varied tasks as well as close collaboration with our continuing education coordinators, programme and module leaders, lecturers and participants. Furthermore, this includes the following activities:
- ensuring the smooth process regarding preparation, implementation and follow-up of the assigned continuing education programmes
- managing participant data in the database
- correctly handling the fee and invoicing system
- advising participants and supporting the programme management in organisational and administrative matters
Your profile:
You are a proactive and service-oriented personality with a commercial or equivalent qualification and relevant professional experience. Strong teamwork skills, enjoyment in contact with diverse stakeholders as well as a healthy assertiveness characterise you. The following complete your profile:
- IT affinity and interest in digitalisation, EVENTO knowledge an advantage
- communication skills and confident German in spoken and written form
- good organisational and coordination skills as well as flexibility
- independent, solution-oriented working style
- quick comprehension combined with networked thinking
- willingness to be mobile between the locations Basel, Brugg-Windisch and Olten
