Public Prosecutor's Office / Public Prosecutor's Office Frauenfeld
The Public Prosecutor's Office is an independent investigative, sanctioning, and prosecuting authority for the Canton of Thurgau in criminal and ancillary criminal law. The Public Prosecutor's Office Thurgau is divided into the departments of the Attorney General's Office, Public Prosecutor's Office for Economic Crimes and Organized Crime, the regional public prosecutor's offices of Bischofszell, Frauenfeld, and Kreuzlingen, and the juvenile prosecution office, which is the only department also responsible for enforcement.
The regional public prosecutor's office Frauenfeld prosecutes within its region the offenses committed by adults after reaching the age of 18 that are not handled by the Public Prosecutor's Office for Economic Crimes and Organized Crime. It is based in Frauenfeld.
For our motivated office team, we are looking for you as immediately or by arrangement
Your tasks:
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the department's secretariat with currently 9 employees
- Qualification of the employees
- Support and advice to the department management in administrative and personnel matters
- Processing in criminal proceedings
Requirements profile:
- Completed commercial or equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience in administration
- Preferably several years of professional experience and activity in criminal prosecution
- Impeccable character
- Good IT user skills
- Preferably leadership experience
- Enhanced social competence and assertiveness
- Independent, careful, and reliable working style
- Resilient, flexible, discreet, and team-oriented personality
- Articulate and stylish in speech and writing
- Diverse, interesting, and responsible activities
