Head of Service

90% workload, in the Brüggerstuba of Arosa Bergbahnen AG

The mountain restaurant with sun terrace or conservatory as well as the star bar Garta are the ideal meeting points for all generations. Robust children’s and family menus, delicacies from the grill or our star café attract young and old in summer and winter to the mid-station of the Arosa-Weisshorn cable car. Your tasks:

• Deputising for the operations manager in the restaurant during their absence
• Guest care from reception to farewell
• Managing your own service station including billing
• Serving food and drinks
• Support at the drinks buffet
• Implementation of banquets
• Assistance in planning staff deployments
• Checking stock levels

What you bring with you:

• Experience in gastronomy required
• Host personality and joy in satisfied guests
• Very good German skills and understanding of Swiss German
• Active thinking and contributing your own ideas
• Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional evening shifts at events and functions
• Resilience, teamwork and reliability as well as calmness in stressful situations
• Enjoyment in experiencing a winter season in the Grisons mountains
