The position is to be filled either in Gisikon (LU) or in Opfikon (ZH).

Area of responsibility

You are responsible for the successful technical management of your projects in the segments "commercial office buildings", "residential buildings", "industry" as well as "services" and have an overview of quality and deadlines.

Your main tasks are:

• Creating building services models and electrical schematics
• Independently preparing electrical tenders
• Assisting the project managers in project management according to SIA 108, from preliminary project to handover
• Planning small/medium-sized projects independently, with support from the project manager

What you bring

• A completed apprenticeship as an electrical planner EFZ
• CAD skills
• Draws and calculates under the guidance of a project manager
• You enjoy working independently on your tasks and continuously develop yourself with new challenges.
• Experience in spatial coordination is an advantage.
