• Responsibility for needs-based, activating care and nursing throughout the entire care process
• Contact person for residents, relatives as well as for all professionals involved in care
• Careful management of resident documentation (care process and service classification)
• Active participation in shaping the future through commitment to vocational training (further development possible)

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Already trained vocational trainer or motivation to complete this further training
• Basic knowledge in gerontology and dementia
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• RAI knowledge is an advantage
• Experience or interest in care and support concepts such as kinesthetics, basal stimulation, and validation
• Independent, responsible working style as well as an empathetic and appreciative personality
