As a Senior Software Developer , you will play a crucial role in our dynamic R&D teams, actively shaping the entire product development life cycle – from concept to delivery. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing innovative software solutions to enhance crane automation.
Your responsibilities
As a Senior Developer, you’ll be part of a passionate R&D team driving innovation from concept to delivery. You’ll design and implement advanced software solutions that power the next generation of crane automation.
- Plan and organize the daily work for a development team.
- Development: Drive software design and implementation from concept to delivery
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with stakeholders to build aligned, high-impact solutions
- Full Lifecycle Ownership: Engage in requirements, coding, testing, and continuous improvement

Your Background

Degree in Computer Science (BSc/MSc) or equivalent, with 5+ years of software development experience

Strong skills in Java, C#, C++, Linux, Azure DevOps, Containers, Angular & React

Bonus: Experience in crane automation or technical leadership

As a person you are driven with an outward personality with strong customer focus and team cooperation

Fluent in Swedish and English, with a proactive mindset, customer focus, and eagerness to learn
