Start date: Immediately or by arrangement
- You develop and position forward-looking digital teaching and learning formats for initial and continuing education
- You advise and support lecturers in the implementation of Blended Learning & Teaching as well as in building competencies, especially in dealing with AI in everyday university life
- You participate in development projects, design and moderate training and workshop offerings
- You identify relevant trends, assess their potential for the department, and sustainably integrate innovations into existing structures
- You work in ZHAW committees, actively network with experts in the department, and contribute to strategic further development
- University degree with proven expertise in digital education and university didactics
- Solid knowledge in the application of AI and a reflective attitude towards topics such as data protection, ethics, and sustainability
- Proven experience in designing, moderating, and evaluating workshops and training sessions
- Strong conceptual and project-related skills with in-depth knowledge of digital tools
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and the ability to provide orientation in dynamic technological developments
- Independent, solution-oriented, and implementation-strong personality
- High service orientation, ability to integrate, and strong communication skills
