Help transform our clients’ organisations to support their business strategy
Our Organisation & Workforce Transformation team helps clients design the organisations, roles, leadership capabilities, and workforce strategies they need to deliver on their business ambitions.
We support clients in moving from where they are today to where they need to be in the future, with engagements ranging from single departments to full enterprise transformations. Our offerings span Organisation Design, Workforce (Talent) Strategies, Leadership Development & Learning, Job Architecture, and HR M&A, brought together across complex, integrated transformation programmes. AI and agentic AI cut across all of our offerings, reshaping how organizations are designed, how work gets done, and how the workforce of the future is built. We collaborate closely with teams across all Deloitte Service Lines to design future proof Operating Models that position our clients for sustained performance.
Leveraging Deloitte's global Human Capital methodologies, tools, and insights, we deliver solutions that address our clients' most critical people and organisational challenges and generate lasting value through the workforce.
How you can make an impact
Your responsibilities will scale based on your experience level and demonstrated capabilities:
- Support clients address their most pressing organisational and workforce challenges within complex strategic initiatives such as business transformations, new operating models, restructurings, and M&A while supporting them in preparing for the impact of AI and agentic technologies by rethinking roles, skills, ways of working, and operating models in an AI-enabled environment
- Conduct structured analyses, develop hypotheses, and translate findings into clear recommendations and client-ready deliverables, leveraging AI tools to accelerate insight generation and delivery
- Contribute to the design of target organisations, workforce strategies, leadership and learning journeys, and role and career architectures, depending on engagement needs
- Engage directly with client stakeholders at various levels to gather input, test ideas, and build alignment around proposed solutions and manage defined workstreams or project modules end to end, ensuring quality, timeliness, and commercial awareness
- Support senior colleagues in business development activities, including proposal writing, client pitches, and the development of thought leadership and internal assets
- Collaborate with colleagues across Deloitte Service Lines to deliver integrated solutions that address the full scope of our clients' transformation agendas
- Contribute to the continued growth of our Human Capital practice by sharing knowledge, supporting junior colleagues, and bringing fresh perspectives and new technologies into our ways of working
Who we are looking for
- You hold a University degree; an advanced degree (Masters, MBA or equivalent) is a plus
- You have 2 or more years (Consultant) or 4 or more years (Senior Consultant) of relevant professional experience in Human Capital, Organisation & Workforce Transformation, or Management Consulting
- You have exposure to transformation projects where people and organisational topics were central to the change, ideally across one or more of our core offerings (Organisation Design, Workforce / Talent Strategies, Leadership Development & Learning, Job Architecture, or HR M&A)
- You bring solid project management experience and the ability to structure, prioritise, and deliver workstreams in fast-paced client environments
- You are an insightful thinker, confident with concepts, analysis, and frameworks, and comfortable developing clear recommendations from ambiguous inputs
- You are curious about AI and its implications for the future of workforce, with some exposure to AI tools in a professional or academic context
- You communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing; fluency in German, French, and / or Italian is a strong plus
- You are energetic, collaborative, and solutions oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others
- You take initiative, work independently, and are comfortable taking on responsibility early
- You are people minded, curious, and sensitive to the human dimension of organisational change
- You are willing to travel within Switzerland and occasionally abroad
- You are passionate about delivering outstanding work for clients and contributing to the growth of Deloitte's Human Capital practice
