The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance recognised institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment for our patients.

With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden – we combine professional expertise with appreciative and interdisciplinary collaboration.

(Specialist) Psychologist (m/f/d), 60-80%

At our Baden location, we are establishing a day clinic, trauma-specific treatment service. For this, we are looking for several people as (Specialist) Psychologist from 01.01.2027 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Case management of patients within the framework of the day clinic service
• Leading group therapies in the day clinic
• Conducting preliminary interviews to assess admission to the day clinic
• Preparing reports (cost approvals, discharge reports)
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external agencies
• Participation in team meetings, intervision, and supervision
• Possibility to supplement with an outpatient workload in the outpatient clinic for trauma-related disorders Baden (same facility)

Your profile

• Completed psychology degree or equivalent qualification and completed or well-advanced psychotherapy training
• Trauma expertise: completed trauma-specific training, experience working with patients with trauma-related disorders, and experience in implementing trauma confrontations – or a strong willingness to further train in this area
• Desire to contribute yourself and your ideas to enrich the therapeutic concept of the location
• Openness, collegiality, responsibility, and motivation
• Strong identification with the mission statement and conceptual foundations of the therapeutic work at Klinik Im Hasel AG
• We expect an attitude characterised by appreciation and respect in dealing with our patients
