- Contact person for customers, users and external service providers
- Coordination and support of suppliers, craftsmen and technicians
- Execution and organisation of maintenance and repair work
- Support with moves, conversions and renovation projects
- Inspection of infrastructure and ensuring impeccable building condition
- Monitoring and documentation of services
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Completed vocational or technical basic training
- Technical understanding and interest in building technology
- Driving licence category B
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
