Our gastronomy at the Regional Care Centre Baden provides fresh, balanced and enjoyable meals daily for our residents, employees and guests. Quality, variety and a strong service orientation are at the heart of what we do.
The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised, professional care and support – which also includes a kitchen that combines enjoyment and quality of life.
With the establishment of an independent confectionery-pastry function and the move to our new, state-of-the-art kitchen in autumn 2026, we are creating an environment where you can specifically contribute your craft and further develop it.
For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for a committed, creative and reliable individual to start immediately or by arrangement
In this role you will support us by:
- Being responsible for the production of desserts, sweets and baked goods for our residents and guests
- Building an attractive, seasonal range with us – tailored to the needs of long-term care
- Actively contributing your ideas and helping to establish the "patisserie" with us
- Ensuring consistently high quality and appealing presentation
- Considering special dietary requirements (e.g. adapted diets)
- Strictly adhering to hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Working closely with the kitchen team
You will convince us with:
- A completed apprenticeship as a Confectioner-Pastry Chef EFZ or equivalent
- Experience in patisserie or bakery/confectionery
- Structured, independent working style with a high quality standard driven by passion for the craft
- Creativity as well as pragmatism in everyday implementation
- Enjoyment in helping to build something new
- Team orientation and willingness to pitch in
