Where number jugglers thrive!
Together, we ensure the correct management of
accounting and the financial core processes in five of our managed accounts and accompany various internal as well as cross-departmental projects as financial professionals, such as
transitioning the accounting to the formation of the unified community or establishing a
controlling system!
To strengthen our team, we are looking for
number jugglers / financial clerks
(40 - 100%, also possible in job sharing)
What you will juggle
Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment transactions
Collections (excluding taxes) and managing loss certificates
You are our figurehead as the first point of contact for questions and clarifications in your area of responsibility
You will accompany and train our apprentices
Further tasks can be taken on continuously (e.g., your own
accounting)
What you bring or want to achieve
Commercial basic training and professional experience in accounting
(also outside of public administration)
You want to obtain the professional certificate in finance and accounting
(we support you in this!)
You describe yourself as IT-savvy and think process-oriented
Thanks to your interconnected thinking, you quickly recognize relationships
