Spitex Glattal is the sixth largest Spitex in the canton of Zurich and has a service mandate to care for around 34,000 inhabitants. What you can achieve with us

- As an interface, you act between clients, their relatives and other health professionals
- You take on case management responsibility and conduct assessments
- As a team member, you independently perform nursing and medical services according to operational guidelines and ensure good care quality within your competencies
- You document and correctly bill the services provided and take on various administrative tasks
- Care of clients in Spitex’s own wound outpatient clinic
What defines you
- Completed training with diploma as nursing specialist FH/HF
- Language level at least B2
- High social and communication skills, teamwork, flexibility and commitment; you work independently, precisely and efficiently
- Solution-oriented and positive attitude as well as a touch of humour
- Experienced in using PC and tablet
- Driving licence category B
- Spitex experience is a plus
