Your responsibilities:

• Medical responsibility for a ward in adult psychiatry
• Leadership and promotion of a multiprofessional team including junior doctors and psychologists
• Supervision, support, and training of junior doctors in specialist training
• Active involvement in shaping modern therapy concepts and participation in conceptual developments
• Exchange and close collaboration with other wards and specialist departments

Your skills:

• Completed specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy
• Enjoyment of leadership responsibility and supporting people in their development
• Team-oriented and empathetic personality with high professional and social competence
• Interest in innovations in psychiatric care
