Your tasks

• In application development, you competently implement software solutions for new or changed products or processes.
• After analysis, you develop a detailed concept, programme the software, test it, and then train the users.
• Your innovative solutions inspire our employees.
• As an apprentice, you start your training with a varied basic year at the Vocational Training Centre Bern (Bbc). Afterwards, you expand and deepen your skills in the company.
• Thanks to various internships, you discover different areas of IT and can participate in projects yourself.

What you bring with you

• You are in the 9th grade (secondary level) or in the 10th school year.
• Your interest lies in mathematics (good grades) and computers, and you have good English skills.
• You bring logical thinking, good combinational skills, and the necessary patience and creativity to solve complex tasks.
• You work systematically and have excellent concentration skills.
• You are characterised by good spatial and abstract imagination.
• You appreciate a mix of independent work and teamwork.

An aptitude test (e.g. Multicheck) is desirable.

From August 2026, we will start our selection process. We will get back to you from that time.
