To complement our specialised Risk Consulting team, we are looking for a solution-oriented individual with a high degree of initiative. In this role, you will take on a central function in the further expansion of our consulting services in the area of captives and alternative risk transfer.
What to expect
- Advising corporate clients on the development, implementation and strategic further development of captive solutions
- Design and implementation of customised Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) concepts
- Conducting quantitative analyses of risk profiles and identifying optimisation potential
- Leading and coordinating complex projects in close collaboration with internal broking teams and our partner Marsh
- Active participation in business development, including identifying market opportunities and supporting the acquisition of new mandates
- Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships
- Contributing to the introduction and application of digital platforms in the field of risk analytics
What you bring
- University degree in economics (ideally with a focus on finance/insurance) or a comparable qualification
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in the insurance industry, preferably in broking, reinsurance or risk consulting
- Sound knowledge of captives and Alternative Risk Transfer (ART)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in dealing with C-suite executives at large clients
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in sales and marketing of products in the analytics field
- Motivation to contribute to the further development of this area, combined with initiative and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Fluent German and English, French skills are an advantage
